Terms of Service
By contacting me for work, you agree to the terms expressed here.
You must be available and reply to my emails within 48 hours (weekends excluded).
Payments are paid before I start the commission and the payment will be done by Ko-fi only. (You have max 48 hours to pay -> Weekends excluded)
((If you don't feel comfortable with Ko-Fi, we could work with Invoice.))
What I will draw
Character with armor (If enough references are given.)
Character with simple animal attributes (Tail, ears, etc.)
NSFW (Artistic nudity and sexual themes.)
Various body types, skin tones, female, males characters, LGBTQ+ characters.
Romance and couples
Ask me if you are not sure of something.
What I don't draw
Robots
Porn -> No extreme fetish Contact me if you need more info about it
I may also accept, but at a high price.Abusive, hateful or harmful themes
Animals (Furry / Tauren / Worgen / etc. ) Currently practicing to offer this option

I can charge extra for complex armor/weapons, complex drawing, multiple characters, mount,minions, companion.
f you need your drawing expedited this can be accommodated at an additional charge of $15 to $30, depending on how soon the drawing is needed.Tips are welcome! My invoices allow tips to be added with the payment.
I have the right to refuse to do a commission, for any reasons.
**Refunds are offered if I can't finish the commissions for any reasons. **
Cancellations are accepted, but if I start, only a partial refund will be given.
**No refunds after the completion of the drawing. **
3 modifications accepted during the progress. ((Modifications = Change position of the pose, addition of objects, weapons, armors, etc. ))
Fee of 5$ if more alternations are asked for.
When the commission is completed, The art will be posted online, unless the client doesn't want it published.
I may reuse the sketches and all that were rejected by the client for others works or commissions.
**All rights and ownership of the artwork remain with the artist **
The artwork of the client is for personal use of the client only.
You cannot alter, modify, distribute or use it for commercial purposes.
If you upload the artwork on any site, please credit me with a link to my galleryClients are not permitted to use any part of the commissioned artwork for Non Fungible Tokens (N-F-T) Using the artwork for advertising or profit related to it or Crypto is strictly prohibited.

All artwork is provided in a digital medium and is not a physical product. Digital files may be printed or otherwise used to create a physical copy by the client for personal use only.
